Privacy policy

Lumedia collects only what you choose to send: your name, email, company, and project notes submitted through the contact form or newsletter field. We use that information to reply and, if you subscribe, to send occasional studio notes.

What we store

Messages stay with the studio inbox. We do not sell contact details. We do not run third-party advertising trackers on this site.

How long

Project correspondence is kept for as long as the working relationship needs it, then deleted on request. Email hello@lumedia.com to access or remove your details.
